Group Of Humans is a new kind of agency, founded in 2018 and filled with experts from NASA to BAFTA, which I was fortunate to join in 2019 to re-think the Developer Conference for Intel. Tasked with the redesign of our digital presence, I wondered of late, about what a website even is, in a world of furtive glances, instant engagement and concealed complexity, I harked back to the very name of the place: Group. Of. HUMANS. Surely, those humans matter more than any bleep bloop bleep we may or may not absent-mindedly swipe through on our way to pick up the kid who we were just told has lice for the third fucking time this year! And so we posited that if actual connection between people should be our priority, then we obviously must deprecate The Website from the only point to contact and information to merely ‘a’ point of contact and information. It’ll make us meetup more, laugh more, dare more, look up more…

The first brushstroke was to re-define ourselves, simply, and to the point, as a: Global. Creative. Collective. All three, separate and together. The second was to build a place without logos, without a portfolio, a place that unquestionably conveys that what’s ahead is more interesting than what’s behind. And I’m proud to say that groupofhumans.com is such a place.
